Privacy Policy

We're a small grower-run business, not a data company. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and what happens to it. If anything here is unclear, email us and a human will answer.

What we collect

• Order information — your name, email, shipping address and order contents, so we can actually send you your box.
• Email address — if you join the grower's list, place an order, or request the refill emails.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage data — if analytics are enabled, standard anonymous stats (pages viewed, rough region, device type) that help us know what's working.

What we do with it

We use your information to fulfill orders, send order updates and refill reminders, deliver the digital Wellness Guide, and — only if you asked for it — send the grower's list emails (ritual tips, harvest updates, early access to small batches).

What we never do

• We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever. To anyone.
• We don't add you to marketing emails unless you asked for them.
• We don't keep your payment card details — that lives with Stripe, which is PCI-compliant.

Emails & unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click, no interrogation. Unsubscribe takes effect immediately. Order-related emails (receipts, shipping, refill management) are separate — you'll get those while you're a customer, and they stop when your orders stop.

Subscriptions

If you're on the Glow Subscription, your payment method is stored securely by Stripe for recurring charges. You can skip, delay, or cancel any time from your refill emails — two clicks, no phone call. See Terms & Returns for the full details.

Third parties we rely on

• Stripe — payment processing.
• MailerLite — email delivery for the grower's list and refill management.
• Hostinger — website hosting.
• Analytics providers (only if enabled) — anonymous usage statistics.

These services process data on our behalf to run the store. They don't get your information for their own marketing.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies it needs to function (checkout, security) and, if analytics are enabled, a standard anonymous analytics cookie. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling.

Data requests

Want a copy of what we have about you, a correction, or full deletion? Email hello@moringagrowers.com from the address in question. We'll action it within 30 days — usually much faster, because there aren't many of us and we read everything.

Changes to this policy

If we change something material, we'll update the date at the top and, for list members, mention it in the next email. We won't sneak changes past you.
