Shipping

• Where: United States only, for now. (Harvest small, promises small — international is coming.)
• Cost: Free shipping on every plan. No minimums, no thresholds.
• Speed: Orders are packed in small batches and typically leave our hands within 2–3 business days. Transit is usually 3–7 business days depending on your carrier route.
• Digital items: The Moringa Wellness Guide is delivered instantly by email after purchase — day one can start before the box does.
• Batch dating: Your bottles carry their batch date. That's normal here, not a defect.

Damaged, lost, or wrong orders

If a bottle arrives broken, your box is lost in transit, or we simply got your order wrong — email us a photo and your order number within 14 days of the delivery scan. We'll replace it or refund it, your choice. You keep the broken bottle's contents; no need to return anything.

Pricing

Prices are shown in USD. Home-store pricing ($5 off every item, every day) is already applied — no coupon codes exist, so nothing "expires." List prices ($29.99 per bottle, $19.99 for the guide) are shown struck-through for transparency. We don't do fake countdown timers or invented discounts; when harvest constraints affect availability, we say so in plain words on the page.
